Capacitive Sensor

Amphoton's Capacitive Sensor is mainly used to turn the nozzle or probe in front of the laser processing head into a distance sensor. With the help of motion controller or PLC, the focal length of laser processing can be maintained. This kind of sensor are often used in laser cutting and laser welding. Amphoton's capacitive sensor can output analog signal or digital signal.

When the sensor tip touches the surface to be measured, the LED will turn red and collision signal Status outputs 24V or 0V (by changing the selection of the jumper wire inside the box).
